Job Summary:
The Senior Data Integration Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and supporting the exchange of data between internal and external systems. This role focuses on ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient data flows across platforms using integration tools such as SnapLogic, APIs, and middleware solutions. The analyst works closely with business, application, and network teams to understand data requirements and troubleshoot integration issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data exchange requirements between enterprise platforms, third-party systems, and cloud services.
  • Design, configure, and support data integrations.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and workflows to support business
    processes.
  • Document data mappings, transformations, and integration logic.
  • Monitor data flows and proactively identify performance, reliability, or data quality
    issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate with application owners, network teams, and security teams to ensure.
    integrations meet technical and compliance standards.
  • Support testing efforts, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing for
    integrations.
  • Participate in integration governance, standards, and best practices.
  • Support onboarding of new data sources and systems into the enterprise integration
    ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience analyzing and supporting data exchange between systems (APIs, file transfers, event-based integrations, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with SnapLogic (or similar ETL tools).
  • Intermediate SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and relational data.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and data schemas.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with title production software systems (Resware, Qualia, SoftPro).
  • Familiarity with network concepts (firewalls, secure file transfer, VPNs).
  • Experience with data governance, data security, or compliance requirements.
  • Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
Tools & Technologies:
  • SnapLogic (required or strongly preferred).
  • API management tools.
  • SFTP / file-based integrations.
  • Monitoring and logging tools.
  • Documentation tools (Confluence, SharePoint, etc.).
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Physical Demands:
This role is mostly sedentary and requires the ability to sit for long periods each day. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate orally and through e-mail. The employee uses hands and fingers to type, handle, and reach. The ability to operate office machinery such as computer, phone, copier, printer, etc. in the commission of daily duties. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
